Slidell Plumbing Help is an independent local information and lead-generation resource. It is not a plumbing contractor.

Information we collect

When a request form or tracked phone line is active, we may collect the contact information and service details you choose to provide, along with call or form metadata such as date, time, duration, source page, and whether a connection was completed. We do not intentionally collect payment card information through this site.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to a request, understand whether the resource is useful, prevent abuse, and, when a disclosed provider connection is available, help connect you with that provider. We do not sell personal information as a standalone product.

Call handling

Calls may be logged for routing and lead-quality measurement. Calls are not recorded unless a recording notice is added before recording begins. If a provider connection is offered, the provider's name and contact details will be disclosed before your information is shared.

Retention and requests

Lead records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for routing, measurement, dispute handling, and legal obligations. To request access to or deletion of information you submitted, contact the site owner using the contact method shown on the live site. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or to resolve a dispute.
